I have read your reviews and am leaning to the Power Director 16 or the Muvee Reveal Finale. I will try both but I have 70 years of movies that have been converted from Legacy Box and now sit on my computer. My biggest issues has been finding a way just to shorten what may be 6 hours of Christmas day with the kids down to a 15 minute video that is fun to watch. Also, all of the old movies from my parents and hopefully enhancing the video quality. I am 63 years old and just starting out on this journey with little tech knowledge. I am looking for the easiest program that I can sit down for 20 minutes and not have to re-learn what to do.

One of the most obvious stand-outs is the price with Content Samurai being one of better priced video apps on the market today for all you get. But the other key feature is the automatic scene creation from script which is a game changer because the key to building a massive online audience is to create content REGULARLY so that people repeatedly see your videos in their feeds. (This is how they get to know, like and trust you.)

Hi Lance, thanks for an informative article. I’m currently editing my YouTube videos on a 5year old laptop and Movie Maker. My problem is it crashes a lot and I have to exit and start over. I would like something with more features than Movie Maker and am also in the market for a new computer. Filmora or Power Director seems like it would fit my needs, but my question is what should I be looking for in a computer to handle all the video editing. Processor, graphics card, RAM, etc. Thanks again.

This was a simple blog post I created about an email marketing tool called WiseStamp and even so the video was over 10 minutes in length which is really overkill. So this editing bay is important to start refining and editing the key points of your article and then at the end add a link to your website where they can get the full content piece or link to sales page.
Granted, I did not even look at the editing portion of the program, but something tells me it would be just as effective as the recording. If you are going to have an "evaluation version" of a program, I would hope it would at least do what it is intended to do, and not be a complete waste of time and resources like this thing is. Seriously, don't even bother.
I currently own a new MacBookAir which brings IMovie, I have played around with it and edited a video but have had issues following along and remembering(most importantly) all the steps needed to edit the video. Maybe it’s genuinely simple, but all the videos and instructions I have read don’t make it seem as simple. I am just looking for a program that will help me to better my videos in every way.
So off we go I am going to speed this thing up so we can get through this content samurai review really quickly and show you there is much details as possible, so let's dive into the slides.  So I am just going to slow the video down just a second again.  It's really cool in the slide editing area because below is absolutely loads and loads of different beams. I really like the versatile stone effect sort of a blackboard effect in a way, I'm going for this one I am going to pick the green and the stone effects, yeah the really cool thing is just released content samurai now allows you to upload your own videos so we can actually upload an intro clip.
